For world changers
who were meant to be Known.
Strategy for leaders carrying vision too important to stay unclear.
Christina Joy Whittaker is the Founder & CEO of KNOWN — a TEDx speaker, strategic advisor, and trusted confidante to leaders in faith and business.
She is a practitioner first — a businesswoman who helps leaders translate ideas into empires. An academic, too: a guest lecturer at the University of Southern California, where she created the school's premier graduate course on career and leadership development. And a devout believer and family woman, anchored in community service and the people she loves.
She is the person leaders call when the vision is real, the stakes are high, and the next season requires more than inspiration. It requires language people can understand, strategy people can follow, alignment people can feel — and a trusted partner who can help carry the weight of what comes next.
She helps leaders clarify what they are building, communicate why it matters, and create the structure to move it forward with confidence, conviction, and measurable momentum.
Trusted by the leaders others look to for direction.
Founder & CEO of KNOWN/TEDx Speaker/International Speaker
Her work has supported leaders, organizations, and brands across corporate, entrepreneurial, and faith-based spaces — from global stages and Fortune-level strategy environments to ministry leadership rooms.
The idea is there. The calling is there. The opportunity is there. But the message is scattered. The strategy is stretched. The team is not fully aligned. And the next move feels too important to make without clarity.
That is where Christina comes in. As a strategic advisor, communicator, and truth-teller, she partners with leaders in defining seasons — growth, transition, expansion, reinvention, organizational change, brand repositioning, new initiatives, and moments when the message must carry farther than it ever has.
She helps leaders name what matters, sharpen what they mean, organize what they see, and build the bridge between divine assignment and disciplined execution.
She has stood in some of the most coveted corporate rooms in the country — advising organizations, executives, and teams on leadership, communication, brand strategy, and visibility. She has also worked deeply in faith-rooted spaces, helping senior pastors, church boards, and ministry teams clarify vision, strengthen engagement, and move people toward shared goals.
Both worlds are asking the same question: how do we carry a vision people can understand, believe, fund, follow, and build?
Her work is best suited for leaders in a defining season — launching, scaling, repositioning, communicating change, building a platform, or aligning people around what comes next. She partners with a limited number of leaders, organizations, churches, and teams through high-touch advisory, strategy, and consulting engagements.
For leaders who see what's next but need the language, structure, roadmap, and rhythm to move it forward.

Offer strategy, revenue pathways, expertise packaging, and growth planning for leaders ready to scale with substance and intention.
Helping ministry leaders communicate vision in ways that increase clarity, trust, engagement, generosity, and momentum — honoring the spiritual weight of the assignment while building the strategy to carry it well.
Turning expertise into authority, ideas into strategy, and visibility into measurable growth — especially valuable for leaders becoming more visible, leading through transition, scaling, or repositioning a brand.
Before founding KNOWN, Christina built a career across Big Four consulting, entertainment, and Fortune 100 strategy — from Deloitte to Sony Pictures, The Walt Disney Company, and national consulting roles serving clients including Vanity Fair and the NBA.
But success was never the full story. After an unexpected layoff at the height of her career, she rebuilt from vision, voice, faith, and strategy. That rebuilding became the foundation for the work she does today: helping leaders turn calling into clarity, expertise into authority, and vision into movement.
She knows what it means to carry something before the world can see it clearly — and how to help leaders give language, structure, and strategy to what they've been trying to build all along.
She helps leaders say what they've been trying to say — and build what they've been trying to see.
From corporate teams to premium client experiences, her work is described as transformational, practical, engaging, and immediately relevant to high-caliber leaders.
